I engaged Mr. Miklavic during the summer of ’05 to strip and repaint my garage floor. I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail and his thoughtful suggestions. For example, he suggested that we purchase garage mats that would buffer the wear from the winter sands and extend the life of the painting. The mats, priming and painting were accomplished on time with no surprises. My only concern is how early I have to book his time this summer for more work.
