We are delighted to write this recommendation letter for Michael Miklavic, and we highly endorse the quality and workmanship of the two painting projects he performed for us this summer.

Our first project was to repaint our garage.  In preliminary discussions, Michael suggested that we also consider installing a large rubber mat to park our cars on, so that the paint on the floor would not peel off from the heated rubber tires. Michael researched the best paint to use, did the hard work of scraping and sanding, applied primer, and put a finish coat on the floor and walls. He also ordered the

9' X 20' rubber mat that has made our garage easy to sweep and keep clean.

The next project was to repaint our three level deck. The deck paint and stain were in poor condition and needed extensive preparation prior to painting. Again, Michael did a diligent job of researching the best paint and stain for the deck, purchased all of the materials, and did a superb painting job.

Finally, all of this work was performed at a cost that was lower than any other estimate we received.  Michael handled everything professionally, had excellent ideas, was very easy to communicate with, and was very dependable. Our recommendation is without reservation for Michael, based on the two jobs he has completed for us.
